About Us
Hi, I'm Annie.
My love for baking was born in the heart of my home, where I grew up watching my mum spend countless hours in the kitchen, always creating something delicious. Inspired by her, I began experimenting with my own recipes, sharing every batch with friends, neighbors, and family. Their encouragement (and honest feedback!) helped me refine my bakes and slowly perfect the flavors I now cherish.
Though I don't come from a traditional baking background, I've discovered that joy, creativity, and a little persistence are the best ingredients of all. Bun Break is my way of sharing that joy with you — small-batch, homemade treats crafted with love, and a hope that every bite brings warmth, comfort, and a smile.

How It Works
At Bun Break, everything is baked fresh to order in small, thoughtful batches — no rush, no shortcuts. Here's how it all comes together:
Order Any Day
Email or Instagram
Place your order any day of the week via email or Instagram. Just let us know what you'd like and the day you'd like to collect.
48 Hours Notice
Plan Ahead
We ask for at least 48 hours' notice on all orders. This helps us plan our small batches and make sure every bun is baked fresh to perfection.
Collection Only
Fresh & Warm
We currently offer collection only. Orders are baked fresh on your chosen day, so when you collect yours, your buns are still warm and at their very best.
Closed Tuesdays
Rest Day
We collect and bake any day of the week except Tuesday — our day to pause, recharge, and dream up new bakes for the week ahead.
